ClariMoney ("we", "us", "our") operates the website clarimoney.com — a free platform providing financial calculators for Indian users, including EMI, SIP, income tax, PPF, FD, RD, and GST calculators.

2. Information We Collect

We collect two types of information:

• Calculator inputs: Numbers you enter (loan amounts, interest rates, etc.) are processed entirely client-side in your browser. This data is never sent to our servers.
• Usage analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data including pages visited, time on page, device type, and general location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

3. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): These help us understand how visitors use ClariMoney so we can improve the tools. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
• No marketing or tracking cookies. We do not run advertising and do not use third-party tracking pixels.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve ClariMoney tools
• To understand which calculators are most useful
• To diagnose technical issues

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months (default GA4 setting). Calculator inputs are never stored — they exist only in your browser's memory during your session and are discarded when you close the tab.

6. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023 & GDPR)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority

Since we collect only anonymised analytics data, exercise of these rights is typically not applicable. However, you may contact us at any time with questions.

7. Third-Party Services

ClariMoney uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymised usage analytics
• Google Fonts — web fonts (IP address may be logged by Google)
• Cloudflare CDN — Font Awesome icon delivery

8. Security

ClariMoney is served over HTTPS. We implement security headers including Content-Security-Policy, X-Frame-Options, and HSTS to protect users. Since calculator inputs are never transmitted to our servers, there is no risk of financial data breach from our platform.

9. Children's Privacy

ClariMoney is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of ClariMoney after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
